The customer is always right
Cab companies following legal rules have their own complaints arrangement and are linked to an arbitration board.

This means that, should there be a complaint about the taxi transport offered, you have sufficient legal protection.

You can register your complaint with the taxi company, and if you cannot reach agreement with them, you can bring your dispute before the Taxi Transport Arbitration Board.
